Yogi Berra dies at 90 years old. He was the Yankees legendary catcher and the best baseball catcher of all time. Yogi had 10 world titles and won the hearts of many baseball fan.
Berra had been with the Yankees for 18 seasons and help them win 14 World Series titles.
Yogi was famus for holding under his belt 3 most valuble player awards, 15 alstar apperences and he help the Yankees win World Series. He was also a Coach for the Yankees and the Mets.
He was born in May of 1925 in St. Louis and his real name is Peter Lawrence "Yogi" Berra.
The world had learned about his death by a Tweet on Twitter from the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center in Little Falls, New Jersey. He had passed away of natural causes on Tuesday night.
His wife Carmon had just died last year in May of 2014. They were married for 65 years.
Yogi lived in West Caldwell, New Jersey at a living facility. He moved there from Montclair in 2012.
One of Yogi's favorite and well known sayings is "It ain't over till it's over".
