The search is on for hundreds of people still missing in the aftermath of the most powerful earthquake to ever strike Japan. The quake triggered a devastating tsunami that was responsible for at least several hundred deaths. NBC's Kaori Enjoji reports.

i think part of the damage at the radioactove plant will cause more damage long term than the tsunami itself.what do u think?
ReplyDeleteI think it will too. But with the water from the tsunami, it will seep the radiation into the ground and the water supply. Which in turn can cause birth defects in babies. This may take awhile before they find out that it is from the radiation.
